Sophrology is a structured method designed to improve personal wellbeing. All the methods and exercises are simple, easy and completely safe and include… Breathing techniques, dynamic relaxation, visualisation and easy physical movements.
This progressive and tailored pain management program contains 10 weekly sessions. It will enable you to master a variety of pain, stress and emotion management tools and techniques, which will give you more autonomy and control in managing the effects of your condition. You will gain simple and effective life long skills.

Venue: Quentin Hazel Enterprise Park, Glan y Wern Road, Colwyn Bay LL28 5BS. (Suitable for wheelchair users and ample free parking.)
