Certified sophrologist since 2016, I specialise in stress management, chronic pain and cancer support.
I work with people of all ages; children, teenagers, adults and elderly people.
Since graduating 7 years ago, I have worked with a wide variety of clients in the UK; from a talented boxer who needed help with coping under pressure and ended up competing at the Commonwealth Games in Australia, to people with chronic pain who felt “adrift and had tried everything”, to running a series of group sessions with stage four cancer patients.
I am also involved in social prescribing, running series of sophrology group sessions for cancer patients, carers, people with chronic pain and elderly people in care homes. The sessions have so far been funded by the Welsh local government through European funds. I hope to continue offering these funded sessions so that people who generally can’t afford the sessions, can still benefit from the practice of sophrology for free.
I am a member of both the UK Sophrology Network and the International Sophrology Federation.
What People Say
Wonderful experience, some simple and effective techniques to bring into daily routines. Thank you!Jane Morris
Jut to say, in the past, I had counselling for many weeks…In just two sessions with you I have found it more useful… sometimes a different approach makes a huge difference. I think giving the tools to deal with things and learning to relax is just what I needed.Peter L.
I felt tense during the process but when I breathed out at the end I felt weightless. Never felt so relaxed in my back and shoulders which is a problem area being a tuba player.National Youth Brass Band of Wales member
